APPLICATION
High vacuum systems serve for degasification, dehydration and filtration of transformer oils for removal of gases, free and soluble water and particulate matter. The system is applied while installation, repair and operating of oil-filled high voltage equipment up to 1150 kV (power transformers, high-voltage switches etc.). Contamination of electrical transformers with solids, liquids and gases during manufacture and operation is unavoidable. Costs of disposal or changing of insulating oils are frequently very high and need a significant investment. Our equipment offers a practical, proven and economical method to purify the oil and use it again for high voltage equipment. Thermally accelerated Vacuum Dehydration and Degasification of Transformer Oil has gained wide acceptance as the most economical method for the removal of dissolved water and gases. On-Site Transformer Oil Purification is the most profitable as not only does it purify the oil within the transformer, but it actively regenerates the Transformer by removing impurities which buildup within the transformer.
